Privacy

This policy

This policy covers the banias.app website. Banias is a product of EMBTEC; in this policy, “we” and “us” mean EMBTEC. It does not cover the Banias application that warehouses sign in to.

What the website collects

• No forms, accounts or cookies. The website has no sign-up or contact form, sets no cookies, and carries no advertising trackers. To reach us, you write to us by email (below).
• Visit counts. We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how many people visit each page. It sets no cookies. Vercel derives a short-lived identifier from each request, which changes every day, so we see totals such as visits per page, the referring site, country and type of device, but not who you are.
• Server logs. Vercel, which hosts the site, processes technical information such as your IP address, your browser and the page you asked for, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
• Fonts. Fonts are served from this site. Your browser does not contact Google or any other font service.

Contacting us

The way to reach us is email: hello@banias.app. The “Contact us” links on this site open your own email program with that address. When you write, we use your message and your address to answer you, and keep the conversation only as long as we need it for that.

Booking a call

The “Book a call” links take you to embtec.app/call, EMBTEC’s booking page. What you enter there is covered by the privacy policy on embtec.app.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. Vercel handles the information described above on our behalf, to host the site and count visits.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@banias.app. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, and we honor them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. If the site starts collecting anything new, such as through a form, this page will say so before it does.
